How to order
To place an order:
Send an email to: email@example.com
Include your name, phone, address (If you’d like order delivered)
Include what kind of products you need: Banners, Copies, Signs, Stickers, Posters, Prints, etc.
Include how many and what sizes and any other relevant instructions.
Attach the print-ready file, PDFs preferred. (Jpegs or TIffs for Photo / Art Prints) If the file(s) is too large, share a link with firstname.lastname@example.org on a cloud platform like google drive or dropbox.
You DO NOT need to be a member to place an order, however members do receive 20% off
You will receive a confirmation email and possibly a brief correspondence to clarify the details of the order. A small set up fee may be applied for files that are not print-ready. If you need a Graphic Designer to create your artwork, we can refer some.
To make payment:
After your order has been placed, you will receive an electronic invoice by email from Square. This invoice can be paid online with any major credit card. This is the preferred contactless method. Cash and checks (made out to our fiscal sponsor MIFA) are also accepted at the time of pickup. Just please notify us when you receive your invoice if you’ll be paying the old dirty way and we’ll get your order ready for pickup. Large orders may require a materials deposit.
Pick up / delivery:
Once your order is complete and your payment has been received, you will receive notification when your order will be ready for curbside pick-up at the shop (62 Main St Holyoke, MA). When you have arrived, call 413-335-2845 and we will bring your order out to your car. If you’d like to have your order delivered, please note this in your email, additional fees will apply.
